Episode 11: Holistic Management with Allan Savory.

This week’s conversation is with Allan Savory. Allan is a Zimbabwean ecologist, livestock farmer, and president and co-founder of the Savory Institute. He originated holistic management, a systems approach to managing resources. Our discussion takes us through the topics of reductionist management, where is the resolve for climate change going to come from, to the importance of organisations and how they behave.  The conversation was recorded over a poor network as I was talking to Allan from his home in Victoria Falls which is quite remote.
