Recently John MacArthur linked Postmillenialism with Christian Nationalism and also said there was no such thing as Christian Nationalism. However, this was not a new teaching. For years, Pastor MacArthur has said there is no such thing as a Christian Nation. Some people have found his teachings on Christian political involvement discouraging.
