Why did the warmest Spring on record feel so cold?
For many of us across the country, it’s been a rather wet, dull and gloomy Spring. And yet, according to the Met Office, the UK has just had its warmest Spring on record. But why can’t we feel it? What’s behind this confusing weather forecast? And when can we finally feel the heat?
