The highly anticipated XL bully ban has come into full force. Following a series of fatal attacks involving the dog, a new law will now make it a criminal offence to own the pet without a certificate.But as the ban gets underway, there are concerns that thousands of XL bullies are still unregistered across the country.So, will the ban actually work?
