Hawaii's North Shore Meets Western Flair with Taira Barron's 'Salty Western'

Hawaii's Taira Barron was born on the North Shore of Oahu and surfed before she could walk.  She grew up in a family of professional surfers, but along the way she fell in love with horses and the Western lifestyle.  Eventually Taira lived and worked on a massive 35,000 acre cattle ranch which is where her fascination with leather work was born.  Today Taira combines her love of Hawaii's salty sea air with her passion for ranching with her brand 'Salty Western'.  On this podcast chat about her upbringing, Hawaii's ranching community and her leather work! http://www.saltywestern.com/ @saltywestern
