#3 Dr. Eric Fèvre

Dr. Eric Fèvre is a Professor of Veterinary Infectious Diseases at the University of Liverpool, and now is appointed at the International Livestock Research Institute in Nairobi, Kenya. The research group lead by Dr. Eric is composed by 25 researchers that come from different background and nationalities. His research has been focused on emerging diseases with a focus on zoonoses and particularly on neglected zoonoses. On this episode, Dr. Eric Fèvre illustrates the importance of neglected zoonoses, how his research group can measure the impact of their work on farmers and some successful cases of zoonotic diseases eradication in sub-saharan Africa.
