It's not hard to see the negative side effects that come from using our phone too much (specifically social media). But it is apart of our world today which means we NEED to learn to find balance so this technology does NOT take over our lives. The first step is realizing the emotion behind this habit of constant phone use. So in this episode, we will talk specifically about 5 feelings that commonly push us to go on our phone: Feelings of sadness/hopelessness, procrastination, boredom, FOMO and social anxiety. And we will talk about what to do about them when the feelings arise so phone addiction does not destroy your life.
