How to handle "Bad Body Image Days" | Ep. 13

Many of us can go through days where we don't feel so great about ourselves or our body's. And to get out of this state of mind it is important to really understand why this is happening. In this episode, I will be sharing what I do when I have a day where I don't feel so great about myself and how you can overcome these "bad body image days," too. We will be going over in detail how we can shift our focus away from our body and more towards how we feel through asking questions and journaling them out. I will be sharing some tools to overcome these feelings and how I ultimately place my faith in God because I know he is the foundation for my confidence
