We have all been there where we have a goal we are really excited about. We stay consistent for maybe a week and then we are NOT motivated anymore. We rely on motivation to reach our goals, but because of that we never achieve them. What if I told you there is a better way? Its called your WHY. Your why is the reason WHY you keep pushing despite the obstacles. It is strong enough to get you out of bed on the days you don’t want to. And your why is something greater than yourself, its roots are so deep that no matter what comes your way you will overcome it in order to achieve your goals.
