Loz Ives on running a lean design studio and why growing a business isn't for everyone

Loz Ives is a Manchester-based graphic designer, typographer and illustrator, and one of the co-founders of Fieldwork – a digital and branding agency which he runs with his friend Andy Gott. Their studio began eight years ago and grew to have lots of staff. But a few things happened along the way, and Loz and Andy decided to go back to just being two again. We chatted about the ups and downs of growing a design studio and why staying "small" isn't such a bad option.
