She’s now a Product Designer for Open Innovation at Mozilla in Brooklyn NY. Jess talks about recognizing the need for more mentoring and greater, in-depth projects to help her skillset evolve and grow - and the moves she made to find her first "next job". Jess considers herself a Hybrid designer with UX/UI skillset, focusing on design systems and building digital products for a variety of diverse clients.
