Celtic Tiger socialite Marcus Sweeney was told to leave a High Court hearing today after he tried to raise a case brought by the Criminal Assets Bureau against his wealth management firm.CAB won the case in January 2023 to have a parcel of land declared the proceeds of crime in which Judge Alexander Owens remarked that Sweeney was 'up to his oxters' in organised crime.Nicola speaks with Niall Donald about Marcus Sweeney and his latest venture into the courts.
