Victoria “Tori” Stafford was a happy 8-year old, who on April 8, 2009, was starting at a new elementary school in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. She and her older brother, 10-year-old Daryn, were supposed to walk home from school for the first time. Tori ended up walking home alone and was never seen again.
