And while the program will be free for people illegally entering the United States or using the open amnesty system, local taxpayers will have to shoulder the bill. This takes place as hospitals in California are already facing serious trouble as illegal immigrants are getting free treatment while refusing to pay. Also, as this happens, a civil rights group in Detroit wants residents to house illegal immigrants in their own homes.
