As described by the project’s Indiegogo campaign, “this film will explore Longmont’s infamy, and get to the bottom of who the man behind the phone really is” by way of “interviewing Longmont Potion Castle fans, exploring the history of prank phone calls themselves, the tape trading culture that Longmont Potion Castle grew out of, and getting the word from the proverbial ‘man on the street.’” With Travis, Justin, and Luke all being long-time fans of his work, the episode discusses their fascination with the hilarious and bizarre and hilarious mystery man that is LPC, while also exploring his unlikely influence on their own creative output over the years.
