This gives us the label of being a closed people." His tips to become as old as possible as healthy as possible are: * Go to other cultures. Travel is great, but if you can't do that you can go and visit cultural gatherings of other people of course. * When you're in your own culture understand that things can come across differently than you might perceive them. * Be open. Be as open as you can be and then a little bit more...
