The organisation has been in a state of evolving change for the past 2-3 years with difference Managers in charge. I will be the 4th in as long. With culture being very important to success of the business ,how does one get a good read of the culture using the circumplex from the get go and learn the organisation as part of the on boarding. What questions are the right ones to ask? Without taking to long in this stage?
