Ep. 25 - #1 Lesson Learned from Summer 2023
Every summer I go out and sell and I feel there is a new lesson I learn. This year was no different. After watching our team show up as the #1 team in our company I realized that there is likely one secret to our success. Environment. I have focused on creating an environment of success, positivity, and structure. We program into our brains that we are the best!
