I was talking to a friend few months ago about flat abs.   How much time do you need to devote for your health and all of that.   The funny thing is that It’s much less than you might think.   Few months ago I only went to the gym twice. Yes you heard me right.   2 times.   That is not to say that I was not doing other types of activities…   ...but that is to prove to you that you can develop and keep the body and health of your dreams without having to work out like a crazy person all the time.   You know why you don’t have the body of your dreams right now?
