Life can be meaningful enough
Life can be meaningful enough to justify it’s suffering. Life isn’t made to be happy all the time, but for you to find meaning, and be on the right path. You need to figure out what gives you meaning.You need goals, and when you are depressed you may feel like you don’t have any. Act like you do, and hang on to something. Start with small goals and build up. For example, getting out of bed and eating healthy can be a goal.Face small problems you know are there. Don’t let them become bigger problems. An unpaid bill that you fear looking at will only increase if you don’t take care of it. Don’t let depression make your problems bigger and contribute to more depression.Believe in yourself. Treat yourself how you treat a person you really love. You need to be kind to yourself and believe in all the potential within you.
