I wanted to connect with her to discuss how people can live a better more healthy life. Even now to this day with all the exposure to mental health illness, it's still somewhat a taboo subject, we know and understand that in order to be physically healthy we need to exercise regularly and eat nutritious food. Yet most people don't do anything about their mental health until it's too late.
