Episode 27, part 2: Carl Knif – Vinterresa

In part 1 choreographer and dancer Carl Knif talked to host Samuel Denton about his personal relationship to dance. In part 2 you get to hear more about ‘Vinterresa‘, Carl’s new solo for Skånes Dansteater’s dancer Madeleine Månsson. You’ll also get to listen to an audio described excerpt of the piece.‘Vinterresa’ is an autobiographical work about Madeleine. Carl wants to visualize her inner thoughts and the fragmented and poetic nature of memories. He shares his thoughts about making peace with one’s experiences.
