In this new episode of our podcast Data Stand-Up! Luisma talks with Ana Jiménez, Director of Advanced Analytics at Afiniti an American multinational data and software company. Founded in 2005, Afiniti is focused on developing artificial intelligence for use in customer call centers.During the last 15 years, her career has focused on Artificial Intelligence, providing an innovative vision to enhance data analytics in different companies. Ana is widely known in Spain for her work in artificial intelligence and complex systems analysis (especially in the area of marketing and biomedical informatics).Ana is closely linked to the world of AI research. She has worked for years in research at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, applying AI in Biomedical Informatics (more than 20 scientific articles published) and is currently doing a PhD in clustering techniques in complex systems.She also has an entrepreneurial past. Not long ago, she was considered one of the 75 most relevant entrepreneurs in Spain by a leading publication, due to the company she co-founded (Leads Origins), accelerated by Google and SeedRocket before being acquired by EY.Ana raises in her conversation very clear aspects related to Artificial Intelligence and her vision of the moment in which we find ourselves.
