His career in HR has spanned several industries, most notably Insurance where he spent nearly 12 years with Liberty Mutual Insurance. Alex is a seasoned expert in talent management. He is also passionate about the future of HR, effective systems & processes, and artificial intelligence. He recently started his own HR consulting firm, Valinor Talent Solutions.
