"I wonder when I love me is enough" There is so much fear, uncertainty and distress that makes compassion and connection so much more difficult. After a couple of weeks trying to put myself together, I had a "Carrie Bradshaw moment"...and I couldn't help to wonder: What if we claimed our voice and used it regardless of anyone else’s ability to show up. What if we showed up for ourselves first? What if we love ourselves first?
