After working on some of Australia’s best kitchens Clinton Mciver (Amaru, Auterra Wine Bar) realised he was ready to open his own restaurant. Wanting to grow organically, become part of the local community and push the realms of gastronomy in equal measure he set his sights on Armadale with the helps from family and friends.
