She built a strong foundation of experience before landing a leading role as restaurant manager at Stanbuli – a ground-breaking Turkish. Some 6.5 years later, a strong of accolades and the throes of the pandemic, the restaurant that helped pave the way for a greater understanding and appreciation for Turkish food will close its doors.
