My Story: Regulating My Nervous System and Healing Through Trauma

Like most humans, I have been through trauma - the big T kind (what we think of as trauma) and of course the little T (what we sometimes neglect to see as trauma, yet is just as important). When I hear other people's stories of surviving, thriving and healing, I am always so inspired, and it triggers my own insights into the shadowy spots I did not notice in my own life. I hope it feels the same for you as you listen to my story! As a minority Jew in Ukraine, my family struggled through so much racism, which then continued as we arrived as refugees to Israel.  I share the struggles and tribulations of my family's journey, never feeling like I fit in as a highly sensitive person in Israel and in the USA, my experience in an abusive relationship, anxious attachment, and more.
