PREMIERE: Aiôn Lazura - Synthetic Climax [ambient matter]
The night is winding down, the climax has been reached. Smoke fills the spaces in-between dancing bodies as the energy wanes and the slow comedown begins. Often resisted, it’s a challenging time for many but not today as French producer Aiôn Lazura and his forthcoming ‘Biotope’ album strikes at the heart of the matter. As his music provides a soft landing for many a fragile soul through rhythmic downtempo and soothing melodies. Synthetic Climax, the final track of the album is our premiere for today. Establishing a wonderful mood through melancholic pads, layered percussion lines and textures flitting in and out of focus. Aiôn gives space while providing a path forward that gently guides you to the rest that’s deserved.
