PREMIERE: Conoley Ospovat - The Nearness Of Divinity [Continental Drift Records]
Back again with an auditory ear sermon is Conoley Ospovat and today’s Delayed premiere, ‘The Nearness of Divinity’. Not one to rest on his laurels after releasing a stellar LP, which you can read a review of here, Ospovat’s next venture is a four-tracker off his own label, Continental Drift Records. Titled, ‘So Thankful’ is exactly that, an auditory hug for the senses, and ‘The Nearness of Divinity’ brings a smile to the face. Full-bodied kicks, and a winding bassline whirl through to some simple, yet endearing melodic notes. Almost a perfect Springtime match if you will, feelings of hope and longing for those warm coming months.
