Simone Bauer’s ‘Aurea’ evokes those same emotions and feelings of an evolving night from the depths of the beginning to a soaring finish. A journey if you will. From the thump of the first heart-like beat, the ethereal pads bring in an introspective touch and act as a fine mist over the staccato of shakers and other percussive elements. Aurea will let out into the world on March 15th, via the French imprint, Accents Records.
