The awesome Darren Hood is back! We’ll be talking about conflicts between junior/up-and-coming UXers and seniors. Are seniors just dinosaurs with outdated ideas, avoiding using the newest techniques? Juniors are often told to fake it until they make it… well then how did today’s seniors and leaders make it? Did they fake it too? If someone who graduated a boot camp 6 months ago is qualified (according to the boot camp) to teach the next cohort of boot campers, why do seniors act like the best learning comes from them? So much fighting. Let’s fix or improve this.
