189 Goal Setting: How To Re-Energise Yourself To Aid Your Sport Performance

What will other people notice in my actions and behaviours? Aim to note down 25 qualities that are associated with your best performances, then whittle the list down to the 5 most impactful, that can help you turn around your form or the situation that you find yourself in. Goal setting can be an overwhelming process for some people. Use a SMART approach when creating action plans for the 5 most impactful areas.
