When your body is tired, it is signalling to you that it needs rest. Ignoring its signals can lead to feelings of overwhelm and disempowerment, which make it so much harder to find solutions to your tiredness.    This week, I share some examples of thoughts that aren’t helpful and make your experience of feeling tired seem so much worse, and show you how to change the way you think about your experience of feeling tired.
