EP7: The Beauty of a Strong Work Ethic, Why a Fashion Degree is Valuable and Building Svelté with Chelsea Samuels

This week on D2D we have Chelsea Samuels, the founder of Svelte, a premium womenswear label. What I really loved about our conversation was the hustle and work ethic Chelsea has, it truly inspired me. Chelsea mentions that when she didn’t have as much money for swing tags, she would print and cut them out herself and attach them to her pieces. Whilst in university, when all the students had gone home, Chelsea would stay behind with a teacher till 9 pm improving on her craft. She is truly a no-excuse kind of woman and I think this episode will be a push for you if you find yourself swimming in excuses and not coming up with solutions. I hope you enjoy this episode.
