Issues Management: How is digitalisation changing the way organisations try to manage issues?

In this episode, we are talking about digital corporate communication and issues management. We are joined by Professor Laura Illia, who is the head of the Department of Communication and Media Research at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. A lot of her research interests tend to center around communication processes taking place through social media and other new media, which contribute to the formation and management of legitimacy, reputation issues, and corporate social responsibility.
