Ways to improve self awareness in your leadership Formal assessments can provide opportunities for introspection. Reflection through journaling can reveal themes and areas for improvement. Expressing gratitude on average days can be just as important as journaling about the highs and lows. Identifying the good that is happening all around you builds resilience when things get hard. The self awareness journey begins when you put it all out before you. Opportunities that come with increased self-awareness Small wins create a positive experience that allows you to take on bigger wins over time. Resilience on a personal level is more important now than ever. The ability to persist and persevere is critical to success in the workplace. There will always be a need to continue on in scrappiness when seeking opportunities. The pandemic has required a greater need for resiliency in every facet of life.
