In this podcast, Peter talks about his organization, WakeMed, and how they began as a place to serve people of color and the poor - a core competency from the beginning. He shares his passion for learning, as he has earned a Master's degree and PhD, and is going on to earn another degree. He holds this same passion for learning with his team and their commitment to a continuous learning environment. Peter goes on to talk about the military and the VA as the first innovators in sharing information, and the importance of people owning their own health information.
