The Advantage of Narrative AI in Assessing Innovations

This episode explores the impact of Narrative Artificial Intelligence (NAI) in the evaluation process of innovative solutions, comparing the results obtained with the assistance of a traditional "black box" AI (BBAI) and without any AI support. The work demonstrates that NAI, by providing detailed explanations of its recommendations, promotes greater critical scrutiny and deeper engagement from human evaluators, although not necessarily guaranteeing greater accuracy. The comparison highlights how NAI, in a context of complex decisions, can increase intellectual diversity, stimulate curiosity and deep understanding of the problem, but at the same time requires a new form of literacy to critically interact with the AI's narrative.
