He graduated with his BSc (Honours Kinesiology – Coop Program) at U of Waterloo and his  BEd (Faculty of Ed) at U of Toronto. His teaching career (1973-2006) was with the Wellington Catholic District School Board of Guelph, ON. Will is married and proud father of 2 young men and also owns and manages a Muskoka Vacation Rental Property. Upon Retirement in 2006, he became a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
