Her work focuses on environmental risk and disaster, and on experimental ethnographic methods and research design. You may know her from the Disaster-STS Research Network or as past-President of the Society for Social Studies of Science. Kim is also one of the editors of the new Journal of Disaster Studies that we have mentioned on Disasters: Deconstructed!
