Here’s a favourite for dancing around Paul’s living room. Many of the tracks here also remind me of Cuneyt, who stayed with Andie and I for a while when he split up with his ex. One Saturday evening we got trashed and danced away wearing a pair of headphones each. The tracklist is a chunky selection of disco and filtered house anthems which I much overplayed at the time. Daddy’s Favourite is always a crowd pleaser, and the Phunkie Souls track should be one of my Desert Island selections. ‘For real’ by Bushbaby is beautifully lush.
