082: Tessa Clarke | Food Waste Is Nothing Short Of An Environmental Travesty

Growing up with farmer parents, Tessa knows how much hard work goes into producing the food we all eat and absolutely hate throwing it away. After a 15 year corporate career, Tessa Co-Founded OLIO, the world's only neighbour-to-neighbour food sharing app, which is solving the problem of household food waste at scale. As a mother of 2 young children, Tessa is passionate about the sharing economy as a solution for a sustainable world. The vision for Olio is to connect people to want to share food that would otherwise be thrown out.—Recorded live at the global event in Cardigan, west Wales in 2019.Watch Tessa's full talk here: www.thedolectures.com/talks/tessa-clarke-food-waste-is-nothing-short-of-an-environmental-travesty
