Curveballs, connection, and why companies need to support mothers NOW. Danielle X Erica Ballard

Erica Ballard is joining me in this week's episode of Don't Cut Your Own Bangs. What's in the episode? BIG learning. & Whole-hearted belly laughs. We talk about adjusting to the curveballs of life, deep dive into all the ways we AREN'T alone, why connection matters, and why companies have to start doing more to support the mothers that work for them. Meet Erica Ballard.  A woman who jumped from job to job – hoping to find a company that let her be herself while doing work that mattered. She never found that place, which is why she left the corporate world to start a business to change that for other women. Prior to creating retainHER, Erica ran a successful  health and life coaching practice for four year and spent ten years in the public health sector. She has a MS from Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, and pup.   Buy my NEW book Wrestling a Walrus, HERE!
