Dope Black Dads: Freedom of speech is not racism and being horrible.

What if the police cornered you three or four times a week, every week, tugging at your clothes, getting in your personal space, intimidating you? What if you were chased down the street by a gang of youths shouting racist slurs about you What if you were more likely to die early because of how you look? What if you were told from an early age that you'll achieve nothing; that you'll either have a low paid, low skilled job, or end up in prison? If these were your life experiences, you'll understand that being an ethnic minority in Britain is challenging and sometimes dangerous. For those of us lucky enough to have avoided the above, The Dope Black Dad's talk to Al about being a black man growing up and parenting in Britain, and the unique difficulties presented in our society. In this incredible conversation, we hear how ownership and solutions are key to moving forward and all becoming a little closer and understanding to one another.
