An Invitation to Prayer
When we heed God’s invitation to commune with Him in prayer, we can experience the fruits of the Spirit such as peace, patience, and joy. Philippians 4:6 counsels us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Throughout her 14-year-long battle with a brain tumor and her teenage son’s illness with a rare blood cancer, Kathy learned that God inclines His ear to hear our voice.
