Why the Advice "Start with Why" Isn't Enough
We often hear the advice, start with why. However, I think a better place to begin is to "start with what". Asking yourself, "What do I want to do?" And "What am I willing to trade off in exchange for my why?" Maybe you have a really cool vision or a big opportunity, but if the work you're doing to get their isn't something you want to spend your weeks, months and years doing, is it worth it?
