Dressed x Dress: Fancy Go Through the Looking Glass

Inspired by this season’s epic exhibition at London’s V&A museum, April and Cassidy, Lucy and Ben play dress up in a collaborative show about the influence of Alice in Wonderland on fashions past and present. From Victorian pen and ink sketches through to Viktor & Rolf – Alice is a symbol who has stuck around. Together with her eccentric cast of characters she has been referenced and reimaged in fashion time and time again. We look at the evolution of Alice herself as well as the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts on screen, on the runway and on the street. What is so compelling about this story that it continues to inspire fantastic and creative clothes? Together with special guests from the V&A, this show takes listeners on a curious and curiouser journey of discovery...
