4. Kelly Wakasa on Turning 20, Not Going to College, Braille Skateboarding, YouTuber Life & More

Kelly Wakasa is a 20 year old YouTuber with his own channel and a collaborative channel, Life of Luke and Kelly. When I found out Kelly was visiting NYC, I had to invite him to the studio for a conversation! Perhaps similar to many of you, I first became familiar with Kelly when he appeared in several Braille Skateboarding videos, the most popular skate channel on YouTube. In fact, Kelly and I have been mutual followers for a long time and even participated in a cross posting collab on YouTube a few years back! I talk with Kelly about connecting with Braille Skateboaring, the most popular skating channel on YouTube, Kelly's beginnings with his own skateboarding channel, how his channel evolved to become more of a more fully-faceted reflection of his life, plus his newer project, the Life of Luke and Kelly. We also discuss life as a recent 20 year old, adulthood vs childhood, deciding not to go to college, loneliness and friendship as a young adult, traveling, life goals/ambitions, and a lot more!
