Whilst what happened recently with the young person dying after being involved in an accident while driving on Muriwai beach was tragic, I hope it does not trigger a knee-jerk reaction. The vast majority of Kiwis drive on our beaches in a responsible manner. Here's my suggestion on how we can continue to do this..
